Hello Everyone,
I had a suggestion from Zac and Miss Barham to share what we did over our spring vacation. They also thought it might be fun to add a spring haiku--maybe something to do with baseball. The most important thing to do is to share your ideas, so whatever tickles your funny bone (so to speak), feel free to write about.
Here is my haiku below:
Buds and shoots sprouting
In my garden reaching towards
The sky with wonder

At The Baseball Field
Smell a great hot dog
Homeruns hit far past the wall
Hear the cheering crowds
Spring Weather
Cloudy gray skies rain
The sun will soon be coming
Sunshine warms the earth
Over spring break I went to my dad’s house. He lives in Sumner Ill. We had lots of fun. One day we went to red hill (it’s a camp) we played basketball. It seems like it was only three days. That’s how short it felt. We also went to a Chinese restaurant. The next day I was sick. Before you know it I was felling better. We have to cats and a dog... the d OG name is Buster and the two cat’s names are Zanney and Holy. Also we had a cookout at the park. My sister and I went on a hike while my cousin stayed playing. We stayed there till 10:49pm. WE HAD A BLAST
My spring break
I went to my dad’s
We had lots and lots of fun
The week came by fast
Spring
I like spring so much
Spring is the time to plant seeds
And it rains in spring
Summer
like summer to
It is time to go swimming
Do you like summer?

My spring break
Over my spring break I went to Wing park on wing street to have some fun.
Me and my sister went on the swings first, then we went on the monkeybars and started monkeying the bars. Later my mom called me and my sister and told us to get in the car so we can get a snow cone. By the time we got there we all went to get what flavor we wanted it in. I got blue raspberry and my sister got strawberry. Then finally we got home went in the kitchen and ate our snow cones.
My haiku
Birds chirping loudly
Chirping in the trees lovely
Magnificent birds
Juan
