Writing Territories

Mrs. Vincent, another hearing itinerant, and I are "joining" our blogs for this event! We have brainstormed some ideas for you to share to each of the blogs.  We decided on talking about "Writing Territories". This is a great idea for students and adults alike who have difficulty figuring out what to write about.

For more information on exactly what "Writing Territories" are visit Team Read, and look at the examples shared on her website. Please post your picture of your Writing Territores on Team Read, and type out your writing territories on my blog.

Here are my "Writing Territories":

I could write about these:

Being a mom
Gardening
Yoga
Camping
Cooking
Jewelry making
College
High School experiences
Choir
Theater (actress experiences)
Being an extra in a movie
Cats
And many more!  But I think you get the idea!!! HAVE FUN!!!

Spring is Almost Here!

It's that time of year again when I think of poetry for spring time. Let's see how many different types of poems we can post before spring break! My favorite style of poem is a haiku. Feel free to write a haiku or a poem in your favorite style. It doesn't necessarily have to be a spring poem, but mine just happens to be Have Fun!!!

Early morning sounds
A cool freshness to the air
Reminds me it's spring
